GrowPoint is offering this exciting missional partnership to GrowPoint Members to help resource your personal outreach efforts of relationally connecting others with Jesus’s love and kindness.

You have the heart and drive to relationally reach out to your neighbors, friends and community, but perhaps you just lack enough means to fully make it happen. GrowPoint members can apply to receive this specially designed Microgrant from the Neighborhood Fund for up to $500.00.  It’s not designed to cover all the financial costs associated with making relational touch-points for people with Jesus, but it will help in part.

Being Jesus’s light in the world and relationally connecting others with Him requires personal sacrifice and investment… but sometimes you need a little help to creativity reach out. This is the heart and purpose of GrowPoint Neighborhood Fund Microgrants.

Here are some ways GrowPoint members are currently reaching out to others, but there are many more! Pray for creativity… be relational… and start building a bridge.

• Personally feed the homeless or deliver cooked meals to low income families.
• Host a Light the Night party at your house for trick-or-treaters and their parents.
• Plant a community garden
• Organize a Block Party so your neighbors can get to know each other
• Develop a support group
• Create a service project to bless single moms and dads
• Lead a book club or Discipleship Group
• Create a movement or effort to help teenagers or senior adults
• Start an activity for families with special needs kids

God wants to share His love and kindness with everyone in Lorain County, and He has chosen to share it through us!
